1. Service Provision & Engagements
When engaging Dgwrench for custom software engineering, API integrations, or AI workflow development, project scope and deliverables are defined in mutual statements of work (SOW).
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate client agreement, all proprietary automation templates, workflow engines, and original website materials remain the intellectual property of Dgwrench.
3. Third-Party Links & Integrations
Our Service may interact with third-party web services (e.g. OpenAI, Microsoft Dynamics, Telegram APIs). Dgwrench is not liable for third-party platform downtime or API changes beyond our reasonable control.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Dgwrench be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of our services.
